As we look to generate more overnight visits in our region for the first quarter, Meet Boston is producing its first ever Frostival experience! The fun continues with weekly drone shows over Boston Common and into 2026 with winter chalets, wine festivals, a Ferris Wheel, and much more!

Dine Out Boston Early Bird Registration begins December 15th! Our Winter Dine Out will run from February 22 – March 7, 2026! 

Meet Boston and our partners had an incredible IMEX Americas experience this year! Our 1,500 square foot stand generated:

• 500+ appointments – an increase of 102 appointments from last year

• 29 partners attended, including 8 partners who have never before participated with Meet Boston before (Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Harbor Hotel, Cambria Hotel, Live Nation, Moonrise AV, Atlas Hotel, View Boston and Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill)

• 11 Hosted Buyer Product Presentations – increased by 4 from last year

And while we await updates from all partners, we do know that one partner has received 11 definite bookings as a result of their participation!
